Pikes Peak Whittlers, founded in 1982, is a social group committed to the practice and sharing of the art of woodcarving in the Colorado Springs Area.
Membership is open to anyone, from beginner to expert, who is interested in woodcarving as an art form. Our monthly meetings are at the Redeemer Lutheran Church, 2226 N. Wasatch Ave., Colorado Springs, CO 80907 on the second Saturday of the month, 9:00 AM – Noon. Entrance is in the back.
We also meet informally every Wednesday morning from 9-11:30am at CO Lumber Specialties, 3636 N Stone Ave, Colorado Springs, CO 80907. This is an open carving time for anyone wanting to carve and chat, you don't have to be a PPW member. Even if you're just wanting to check out what we do and meet some of the carvers, you are welcome to drop on by!
